9-12 Months until Wedding Day

  • Budget tracker template provided

  • Discuss Stationery Timeline

6-9 Months until Wedding Day

  • 9 month planning meeting check-in

  • 6 month planning meeting check-in

  • Review Vendor Contracts

3-6 Months until Wedding Day

  • Discuss Signage and Prop list items

  • RSVP check in

  • 3 month planning meeting check-in

1-3 Months until Wedding Day

  • Finalize all vendor details (menu, rentals, florals, timeline, etc.)

  • Creation and distribution of Master Ops Plan to all vendors

1 month until wedding day

  • Savvy Weddings takes over communication with all vendors

  • Schedule Ceremony Rehearsal

Throughout the process

  • Quarterly Planning meetings to monitor progress, check-in, and discuss any adjustments

  • Final planning meeting a few days before to review details and make any last adjustments

  • Savvy Weddings to lead 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal

  • Savvy Weddings to confirm with all vendors via phone on the day before the event.
